Poiana Mucenicului is located at the entrance to the Argeș Gorge, at the foot of Poenari Fortress, in the beautiful area of Transfăgărășan.
The 17 rooms and the 2 apartments are equipped with flat-screen TVs with cable channels, a table with a chair, a wardrobe, and a coat rack. The furniture is made of solid wood - with unique designs and stories thanks to the hand-painted elements, which refer to the specific nature of our country. The rooms overlook either the Argeș River and mountains or the inner courtyard and majestic forest. The units have a private bathroom with eco-friendly toiletries, a hairdryer, bed linen and towels.
Hotel guests can enjoy a buffet breakfast. The location has a meeting room with a capacity of approximately 30 people and a library.
Poiana Mucenicului is an invitation to contemplation and exploration, with the landscape, forest, and river bringing harmony to the entire location.
History, nature, tranquility, and refinement blend here in a perfect manner, along the upper Argeș.

     ·  Totul a fost minunat. Amplasat intr-o locatie superba si linistita, cu un rau in apropriere. Am apreciat atentia la detalii din camera, de la pictura manuala pe mobilier, pana la floarea naturala din vaza si ciocolatele lasate pentru noi. Micul dejun a fost foarte variat si totul este preparat la ei din ingrediente locale. Preturile foarte accesibile la bauturile din meniul restaurantului. Totul este decorat cu atentie la detalii, iar oamenii sunt extrem de amablili si prietenosi. Ne-am bucura ca pe viitor sa fie deschis restaurantul si pentru restul meselor :) pentru ca este foarte frumos si placut de luat masa in el! Vom reveni cu drag!
